ABOUT OUR COMPANY Speed Print is a family owned corporation that has been in business for over 28 years. We are the oldest such business in the downtown Miami area catering to the needs of the legal community. As such, we are well known throughout the legal community and have a good reputation for outstanding customer service.We count over 100 law firms among our clients. We have two locations downtown that support each other. Our Brickell location opened 20 years ago. What set's us apart from our competitors is our commitment to customer service (ie. accuracy, on-time delivery and customer satisfaction) and our personnel who are the best in the business. Many of our employees have been with us longer than our competition have been in business. We are concentrated here, we know the market, we have never been the subject of a lawsuit. An average sized litigation copy job can usually be done same day, no later than next day. We are generally open from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. Monday - Friday but often work into the night and weekends as the need arises or upon customer request. We have never charged for rush jobs and can usually take one up until 4 p.m. We pride ourselves on customer satisfaction and quickly resolve accounting and copying inquires to our customer's satisfaction. Our toughest challenge in working with law firms are tight deadlines, but we are usually successful in meeting that demand. Our clients confidentiality is paramount and has never been compromised. We have 5 employees that have been with us 20 years. They know their job. The rare customer complaint is handled swiftly, whether its fixing an invoice to fixing a job. Our invoicing is not electronic. We do not have much experience with "going green" since re-cycled material adds some cost to jobs and we have found that most clients are very cost sensitive. Finally our pricing. For over 20 years we have kept pricing to our clients fairly constant, even though our costs have fluctuated. The prices quoted will be guaranteed for the term of the contract.
